I designed and fabricated a 47" x 48" Christmas tree topper sign featuring integrated illumination. The design incorporates routed panels to house IP68-rated Lumiflex LED lights, ensuring weather resistance and a seamless light distribution. The panels were painted with a durable silver paint and assembled using standoffs and a central mounting bar for secure attachment to the tree. This project encompassed all stages, from concept development to final construction.
